Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and changes cannot be made. Please contact support immediately if you need assistance.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in denominations from $25 to $500. They never expire and can be used for any products on our store.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing order history.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of expected delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free for US customers.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to Order History, and click "Return Item" next to the product you want to return. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Return the original item and place a new order for the desired size/color. We'll refund the return within 5 business days.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. All other sale items follow our standard 30-day return policy.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Measure yourself according to the guide and compare to the chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
